Holiday Notice

Dear Valued Customers,

Thanks so much for your continued support! We would like to let you know that Polar Bear Camera shop will be taking a holiday break from 29th October 2025 to 19th November 2025. We can't wait to see you when we return! Orders made on or after 10am BST on 29th October will be taken care of on 20th November.

Just a heads up! Orders placed on or after 10am (BST) on 29th October 2025 will be processed on 20th November 2025. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to reach out to us!

Will this affect my order?

Yes it will.

During the holiday closure, we will not be shipping any orders between 29.10.2025 (cut off 10am) - 19.11.2025 inclusive.

When is the last date that you can ship my order before the holiday closure?

The last date for shipping will be Wednesday 29th October 2025, 10am BST.

When will you start shipping orders again?

We will resume shipping orders on Thursday 20th November 2025.

Can I still place an order online while the shop is closed?

Absolutely!

All orders will still be accepted and acknowledged as usual whilst we are taking the holiday break but will not ship until Thursday 20th November 2025, so if you want something urgently before that date, please make sure to get your order in by Wednesday 29th October 2025, 10am.

Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! Customer service might be delayed during the holiday closure. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
